About AMOS

Australian Mechanical Organ Society Inc is an educational non profit organisation. Our members are dedicated to enjoyment of self playing organs and associated items through preservation, restoration, building, research and socialising. Ownership of an organ is not required to be a member.

PUBLICATIONS

AMOS quarterly newsletter 'Wind Chest' is published in March, June, September and December and is distributed free to members. It offers articles, technical information and members' news as well as advertisements of interests to all collectors of mechanical music.

Closing dates for contributions are: 15 February for March edition, 15 May for June edition, 15 August for September edition, and 15 November for December edition. We are delighted to welcome new readers who have recently joined AMOS and are very pleased that the Wind Chest has been read by so many people in many countries. Our publication is not available online, however you can request your copy via our Contacts page.
